Hi, well as least I remembered how to get to this site.
I am having lots of problems with remembering a wide variety of things, it has been getting worse over the past few months.(ie, I forget how to get where I am going eventhough I have been there many times before.etc.)
Is this all part of PSTD? How do I help myself to remember, sometimes it is meetings and when I was taking my last course I totally blanked out for my exam and failed it.
I am scared to take another one because I might have the same thing happen, I am not sure what to do.
I seem to only remember the bad things in my life.
Can anyone give me any suggestions or do I just try to keep ging on like this.
I am feel very confused and my self esteem sucks
Is this a normal thing ?
I don't even like going to work because I forget things there also.
P.S Thanks for the welcome, that made me feel better and not so alone
