I just had a stress test on my heart and felt like I was going to die from a heart attack. When I have nightmares, it feels exactly like that.

PTSD is a stranger that walks behind me and when i forget he is following me pushes me over and beats me up ....
one day i wil turn and he will be gone....I cant wait !
