Just take it slow kiddo.
You don't have to do anything right now. It will come in time if it's going to at all. Going too fast too soon will cause you to use the purple umbrella a lot.  But we'll all help you hold it up.

Do you know I live with chronic pain? Talk when you can, don't get too complicated with stuff about it... sometimes basic thoughts and feelings and frustrations are good to air. TC.

When writing was too painful (usually because there were no good words to show the big hurt), I would try to just remember a few key words until it backed off a bit. Then I would usually find some words and it didn't hurt as much. Until then, you do what you need to in order to help the pain. We're here. We care. KD

((((((((( Evangelista ))))))))))))) I find it easier to write when I FEEL I want to. Don't pressurise yourself into doing it. Sometimes words won't come out, and that's ok too. Many times , I have just done a huge scribble! Thinking of you.
