Monday is the 19 year anniversary of my assault. But it could just as well be yesterday. I'm useless at work, home and anything to do with living. I go to a support group but that doesn't help me late on a Friday night. I'm desperate.

is there something you can do like counting, breathing exercises, playing a simple game video or other card/word game that will focus you?

do you have a therapist or psychiatrist who has seen and came up with some coping skills to help you?

I will definitely call the crisis line as soon as I go on break (I'm at work right now til 7am). I wrote down a few things I'm feeling and I see my therapist Wednesday. The one ffriend I have isn't answering her phone or texts so I can't talk to her. I'm losing it--just shaking typing this. I'm so scared.

happysomeday..... do call and do talk to your therapist.. can you call your therapist even though the appt is not till Wednesday?..
maybe your friend will get in touch with you shortly, it is still early morning. many hugs and good thoughts your way... keep writing, posting, breath... idk if anything I could write could be helpful... but I do want you to know ((Good thoughts your way)) I am sorry I did not see this earlier, I hope you are alright.

I have to wait til Monday to call my therapist. I don't know if I can wait that long. I'm going to call a local crisis line soon. I've been trying to fall asleep but am just too wound up. Thank you everyone for your kind words. You're all I have.
