Hi,
I have been diagnosed with PTSD, I get flashbacks and nightmares, but this last couple of weeks I have noticed that I had been a little erratic, my mind and thoughts had been racing, I have been more anxious, I have been unusually hyper, even though I haven't been sleeping much. I don't feel as erratic now. But looking back it wasn't normal for me. I have felt like this before just not quite as erratic if that makes sense. Is this a part of the PTSD or could it be something else? I would appreciate any feedback ![]() |

Quote:
for me my moodiness is part of my PTSD, Bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, sleep deprivation, poor diet, PMS, MS and other problems.. only your treatment providers can say what this problem is in you. my suggestion contact your treatment providers, they can help you discover why you feel this way and can get you treated for it, if treatment is needed. |

I am not sure what it is either.
When I notice a change in my behavior/mind patterns, I often wonder if anything might have triggered it---memories, events, dealing with certain people, etc. Or it could be something else, too. Carol

I wouldn't rule it out. I have periods of heightened anxiety and hyper too. Sometimes I think it may be because I've been triggered by something. Triggers aren't always big obvious things.
