I'm really sorry Sky. I have just experienced some severe storms and flooding but nothing like a hurricane.

I do hope that you remain safe and well!

sky,

have you ever thought of moving. I know you suffer from the storms and maybe if you lived in a less stormy place things would get better?

Well, they think Chris might redevelop into a TS very soon...and even if it takes a big hit over Cuba, they think it will redevelop again as it goes into the Gulf Storm stress. Right now, it will go south of where I am in FL...but some winds and rain to the counties south of me...that includes my T and PT (and of course, my sessions?) Won't know till then.

I have thought of moving...IF things were different. But they aren't and won't be... I need pt and t to survive Storm stress. moving would make me have to find new docs... and also be into the system for choices... not a good thing. No, but I have told T that if he moves, I'm moving Storm stress. He plans on staying here. Storm stress.

Besides, they have storms all over the USA... even snow storms with thunder and lightning Storm stress. so there really isn't a good place to go...

YAY!!! Hopefully it will be thrashed well by Cuba and won't reorganize in the Gulf. Storm stress.

but for some reason, my upper back (cervical spine area) is totallly spasmed.. I can barely roll out of bed, turn my head, lean forward etc... I've thrown ice, heat, TENS, rest, pain med and patches at it... stretching. heavy sigh... no PT till Monday. Storm stress. I thought it was storm stress induced...but it should be gone then! bahhumbug!

uh yeah..that was under heat??? very hot bath... hot showers... heating pad... and even the TENS warms the body up too Storm stress. I'm about stiff as a board across from one shoulder to the other Storm stress. It was tightening up all last week... and pt worked on it at least twice... sigh... I have to suffer through tomorrow (including a manicure) and hopefully an ultrasound treatment will give me relief and start it to relax! Sigh.
