Does anyone has same situations, long long days without dealing trash at room, each time trying to deal, past trauma comes, then just can do nothing....anger, pain. cuz i feel i m a trash myself. and i was thrown away here totally.
but i need to clean my room trash soon, i need some words.
also, i actually feel better of inner pain lately, but strongly sleepy feelings , and it seems i just need a lot alot sleep.....
i do not like to sleep so much too...
i think partly cuz of grief?

I'm sorry you are having such troubles!

Throw just one thing away each day! If you can't fully "throw it away" then just take it out of your room first? Remember, it isn't healthy to hang onto things we no longer need, things that are no longer useful, and things that aren't ours in the first place how to deal with trash in room?
