How do you deal with...

OK, I am aware I have got a very naughty child-part around just recently.

How do I deal with that?

it hurts so bad some days.... let yourself feel all your own inner kindness that you feel for others and turn it upon yourself... you deserve as much love as you give .... it takes time to heal and understand.... help is around us if we look.... peace is everyones right and privilege imo.... dont let the bad days beat you over the head.... i hope it gets better over time for you... i think it will if you allow your good thoughts to protect yourself and those you feel love towards.... and then be you... we all have bad days sometimes..

You know, When I feel the need to get into trouble, which now you’ve got me thinking about whether I’m very able to control this or not I’ll be sure to note that next time it happens. It is an intense mood, but one that is easily handled, I think. The feeling come over you and you think, or I do anyways, No I can’t possibly, I’m a grown up, I have to be responsible! Nope not true…. Just have to do something enough for that side to be happy that he/she had a rush. Say instead of stealing, (and sorry I have no idea what trouble you are referring to but this is just an example) , so go to a garage sale and get a whooper of a deal. Instead of just going for a walk, pick an apple off someone’s tree( it won’t hurt anyone to be missing ONE apple. Listen to bad music, look at some chilling pictures for that side. If you need more ideas, I have’em cause wow, didn’t know how strong this mood was till you brought it up, and thank you! One more thing though, when you can’t do something bad, Keep really busy. Dare yourself that this or that can’t possibly be done in that frame of time, Bad side will be happy, others will thank you for the great job u did, Make sense?

It took me awhile to realize that ALL people feel just like we do, but sometimes it gets very extreme for us cos of the gaps and splits inside us.

So, we are not weird or "all wrong". We all got naughty child parts that want to be bad and maybe want someone to put limits on us and keep us safe from ourselves.

I can feel my naughty Pixie giggling in the back of my mind. She thinks shes SO radical, completely extreme!

I like my bad pixie side, I just can't let her run my show or I'd be in some very uncomfortable situations. Sometimes its enough to just imagine all the stuff I'd like to do to bug the uptight people in my life.

They aint never gonna squash me down, I won let em! So, there!!!

I was never allowed to be naughty, so this is kind of a new thing really.

I left mine stuffies from the Doller Tree and little treats, and soon she decided she was not that naughty little girl but decided she was a very good, loved little girl.
I also left out white paper and color crayons so that she coudl color and communicate with me if she wanted too.

She had something to say and she said it, and we are ok now.

We all have something to say at times no? I'm glad she got the chance to have a voice....it's important to be heard I hope you feel better too knowing that she could be heard and it was ok.
