...I just followed a link to a website about both SI and PTSD. The SI part I could read fine, but as soon as I started reading about the PTSD I found it harder to breathe and I felt sick...it still hasn't gone away yet.

Hello Rio, Sounds like you read something about PTSD that triggered you. PTSD doesn't just go away. It's about learning what the triggers are and learning why you react that way and what you can do about it. That doesn't mean avoiding the triggers but gradually learning how to deal with it. Hope you have a T to discuss this with. Take care.

Thanks for replying, pegasus. You could well be right...and if that's the case, I've been getting triggered a lot more than I realised.
