Sometimes I feel like I'm losing it. My bf and I are no longer together and I'm scared. I am thankful I have my own place but again being alone at night is the worse. I'm trying to cut back on meds cause of there toxicity I eat clean and organic but my mind is my enemy I wish I could teach myself to stay calm. So much going on all at once. My daughter and I r not talking right now. I wish I could convince her to seek help. She suffers from fear like I do. I'm sorry if my writting or how I write is hard for others to understand I have learning disability but I do my best.. I am hating winter even though our winter isn't so bad this year. No big storms yet. I am trying to find reasons to be thankful and grateful sometimes I can do it.. I fake it till I make it..I don't drive in the winter cause the cost of road salt on the car is to expensive to repair. My body is itchy a lot lately dryness from the heat.

Hi Tammy, welcome to PC and the PTSD forum. I think you did fine with your post so nothing to be sorry about. Most that post in this forum struggle when they post so that is overlooked and the focus is more on being welcoming and supportive.

I can understand the fear of being alone, and having some very challenging days and doing your best to work through it one day at a time. I have been struggling with itchy dry skin too because of the dry heat. It's been a blessing so far that this winter is mild, I hope it stays mild and I would prefer it is we did not get any snow at all this year.

Thank you for replying to me. I have a hard time to understand how to answer back hope I'm doing this right. I'm trying to get off one of my meds and its been hard but I hate how toxic these things are. So its been a week now and I'm am in pain but I hope I can learn to handle the pain. I have health problems. We had a small amount of flories today. I wish there was some kind of chat room on here but then again I'd probably wouldn't even know how to get on. Hope u have a good day tomorrow thanks for listening it can get lonely at night..

Tammy, it looks like you have posted (written) 7 times now. Now, scroll up the page to the top and you will see a bar just above "Live Chat Now" and you can click on chat and that should bring you to the chat rooms.
