I was recently given the thought that i have PTSD. I have a very traumatic expierence at my first job alot going on at once. With a criminal conviction to add to it. Now i freakout when i get reminded of it 8 years later. Just wanted to share it, i had many doctors turn down this diagnosis but this one seems to agree to it.

Some things take many years to process and/or get over the fear. I'm in my late 50's and last was in treatment 22 years ago. I have just recently come to terms with many things that I never thought I would. You also have to learn to forgive yourself for past mistakes.

I hope you can stop the anxiety and bad thoughts from the past.
