Flashback after flashback... tonight... my mind.. on auto.. a memory flash... like a lightblub shattering upon burnout... entering my mind.. no trigger...
I have not had that happen before... I am wondering if it is from the bodywork that I am doing with the massage T.. If so, I am not "brave" enough to contiune.. it was a couple of hours of horror... have mercy upon my soul... |

(((FREEWILL))). I am sorry that you are struggling at this time. I hope things get better for you soon. Do you have a crisis plan with your therapist how to have a safety net after you experience the flashbacks? Your therapist can help you make a plan to help keep yourself safe after experiencing flashbacks so you feel less isolated,fearful and alone.
