this has happened two nights in a row, I have woken up just sobbing. emotion is fairly new to me, and I have never just sat down and let the tears out. I always want to fight it, I worry about being to vulnerable. But now i am not waking up in cold sweats, or scared or frightened. But I can't remember much of the dream except it had something to do with a black snake with a yellow dot on it....don't know what that means....

Anyone else go through something similar when their emotions began to unthaw?

Waif 123,

It sounds like you have been holding your emotions in for awhile.

A black snake, with a yellow dot -- yikes -- sounds very scarey!!

Drop Clyde a note about the dream. He helped me sort through one that was particularly troubling to me. He did a great job!!!!! waking up crying
