I have had a lot of physical pain today. I had a fight with my spouse today, I got an annonomous email about me being horrible to my adopted daughter today, Well, yesterday now. I woke up in pain and let the dogs out just now and puked my guts out. My supplements burned my nose so bad. I do not need this, I am so sad, I want the PTSD to leave me alone now. I have had enough,

Thank you my friends. I am grateful for good friendships. Today a friend took me to the hospital 1.5 hour away and I got a new splint for right hand, and two injections for thumb joints. AHHH relief from pain. Spouse is being very kind.

I am better. I am out of physical pain for the first time since November. That counts a lot. I have processed what happened and told my spouse where not to go if he wanted me alive. He understood. As I age my reactions become more physical and that bothers me. Barfing for example. Perhaps I should say it's good as I purged the problem. My reaction was so old PTSD. Not healthy, I want to be healthy so badly.

Thanks for asking about me, you are very kind.

I am glad you are out of physical pain today (((wisewoman)))
I hope you can rest and enjoy a little peace while you aren't suffering.
Please cozy up somewhere with a book and catch some zzzz's.
Or watch a movie, maybe.

You deserve peace and pain-free days!

peace,
nightbird
