<font color="red"> </font> I suffer from ptsd from childhood trauma i also have been in a couple bad wrecks and almost evertime i ride in a car i get really freaked out could this also be part of the ptsd?

It could be PTSD causing you to get freaked out but I'm not an expert in this area. I have PTSD and I freak out in car eventhough my main trauma doesn't involve cars. PTSD

It could be. I have the same problem because I was involved in a really bad car accident that killed my grandmother.

I wish I knew more about ptsd too..maybe we could do some research together and find out!!

Yes, it does sound like it. Once you have PTSD, it doesn't go away. If you have been diagnosed especially, then you can be sure that any additional stressful events will be categorized the same ill-way the initial event was. (This is part of what makes PTSD such a bear of a disorder, that it changes your brain chemistry and it takes hard work to retrain the brain. The longer you take to work through the trauma, the more difficult and the longer you build a bad habit (or your brain does) of how not to react to other events.)
