I never cry... and everything just hit me.. all at once.. and I cried for hours... my eyes.. hurt so bad..

I think.. I just "stored" "it" all... and had to cry...

everything...just "hit" me.....

my eating disorder.. that I would have... except for the PTSD... the flashbacks... the nightmares... and I just got.. so sad.. for me..not feeling sorry for me.. just sad... that my life has been so impacted..

ya know???

Freewill,

I'm sorry it hit you all at once. I think it's a sign that you are making progress in your therapy. What do you think?

cried for hours last night...

re:freewill
looks like you and I are similar. I never, ever cried in my adulthood, freewill, but after my sexual assault I bottled things up completely. Then as my mental breakdown progressed, I shocked myself by crying like you've never seen. . .
That was one of many features of my breakdown, looking back on it,it did me a lot of good. Freewill, it's taken me over 4 years to get to here, but the point I'm making is that the act of crying was a major factor in letting me be on the road to healing.
Hope this little contribution helps you. (Big warm hug for you).

Hi Freewill....Yes Crying is up-setting...when I grew up. Crying
and showing your emotions wan't the thing to DO!

Its a great release and you can let go of all the Pent up anxieties. I wish I could cry more myself.

Take care....(((((FREEWILL))))
