Help, last night just being in a chat room (I know what did it, but it doesn't matter) I started having horrible anxiety. I still have it today; I tried my meds but they're not helping. I need some suggestions before it goes into a panic attack.

Do you have techniques that you use to get you grounded in the present? Different things help me at different times. Sometimes getting outside helps. Sometimes looking around me and naming the things I see helps. Holding an ice cube in my hand is a big help sometimes (I can tell when I'm really, really not present when I can't even feel the ice cube!)

Do you have a T? Could you call?
