Did I tell you about the latest stress? Maybe somewhere..

there's an ongoing story of me and trying to get decent yard help... all year... I finally hired another guy and he agreed to do my yard... $40 each time.

I wanted him to come weekly during Oct, then every other during our "winter"... he came the first time, cleaned it all up (extra work) and charged me $150!!!!! omg ok... he said he would mulch for that also... well, ok.

He didn't come the next week... no mulch yet. He came the following Wed (not Mon like agreed --his offer) and still didn't put mulch out. So I didn't pay either... avoided him... at least that was $40 less loss, right?

Ok... I had to go out again that day after he came ... I had trouble getting the car out of garage, trying to maneuver around a stack of mulch left outside my garage... OMG he had stacked MORE than one stack... I couldn't see the other in the mirrors... and I ran over bump de bump, squeal, tear etc... and spread some bags over the driveway.

Ok I figured he was on lunch and would come back. Nope. Not then, not the next day nor next... maybe Mon? no... as I had to drive over the bags day to day... trying to not clip my mirrors on the angle getting into the garage... the bags tore more, dragged to the street by the car, red mulch staining the driveway...

Finally! He came today (wednesday)... spread ALL the mulch in the front... around plants where it only takes 8 bags max... he put out 24 bags he says (there were only 22 stacked...) NONE in the back yard! HUH???

The kicker? He left me a bill wanting $124. for the mulching.

I remember the gardner and mulch problem, it was sometime around the hurricanes. I didn't realize it has been a month. My memory problems are just driving me crazy.

I had recalled possibly in another post of the Neighbors giving you troubles over the mulch being in the driveway..hope that they got over it and that he at least cleaned it up since he is trying to rip you off over the work. Or lack of work as it seems.

Your Anniv is coming up? Hope you make it through it ok, and are able to be safe that day or see your T.

The records, they discarded your records! I thought that medical records were legal documents and they had by law to keep at least microcopys of them? Can you do anything legaly to go at them for their breaking the law by destroying your legal records? I hope something by the lawers can be done over their incompetence. Hope all these or some have been taken care of and wish you the best.

Thanks guys... sigh. the 1st was 18 years... and it's the 2nd, so guess I went past it ok.

But the gardener came by and talked to me about my owing him money! I tried, really tried to talk to him but he won: I paid him another $220 ! It's part of my ptsd I just cannot withstand ppl who make a demand of me (I can do ok when I'm arguing for someone ELSE>>&gt especially men... since it was men who were "in charge" and denied me care when I was injured.

I need to wear bangs so they can't read SUCKER on my forehead.

Also, on the 1st, the pain clinic called. I didn't answer the phone and they left a message (how I know..) I called them back on their lunch and left a message... hope they take another month to answer.
