Flashbacks. I can not go one day without having to remember things about my past. They make me so depressed after, and I can't function throughout the day sometimes. I see a T but, i see her maybe every month and a half. I have no one to talk to and actually tell them how i feel, and them listen. I try to just suck it up the best way I can, but that doesn't really help. All I want to do is curl up in a ball and disappear.

I'm hoping you have not curled up into a ball and disappeared!
I really do want to listen while you share your feelings...there are many of us here who understand what you are going through.
We care,
Cap

just a thought, but what is a normal day mean to you? freedom from these nightmares and flashbacks?
more laughter in your life? gentle hugs from caring people--here and IL?
in any way can you define what it means to you?
sometimes just knowing when those goals are can make a difference to us...it did for me. I was able to concentrate on what I needed/wanted and it made it easier for me to cut things down into manageable actions.

Hoping you feel better,
Cap

you have to hold onto the thought that there will be good days and that things can get better - its hard i know - but hang in there - can you see your T more often? and keep posting here - it helps to know there are others out there who can appreciate how you feel - take care P7

I agree with Capp. Hang in there d_a.

Keep posting how you feel. It will probably help.

Can you see your T more than what you are now?

Have you heard of EMDR? It helps me.
