![]() ![]() ![]() Does this make you feel more emotionally vulnerable and easily hurt and triggered? Or is it my stupidity?

Fuzzy totally, this happend to me all the time, my whole life is usually turned upside down. I always try now to be tapered off when being changed over or stopping but it doesnt always mean a happy landing. I become frightened and insecure and prone to self loathing. I usually cannot go out of the house I get so paranoid depending on what drug it is though. But in time it passes and things level out, but it can be a rocky road. Hope it doesnt last too long

When we are not taking meds we are often feeling those feelings numbed by the meds. It is hard and is also an opportunity to notice this, as you have, and to consider using this as something to work with, something to explore and learn about.
