Almost every drug has side effects and some of them are very scary but that doesn't mean that they all happen and they don't happen to everyone. When you are taking drugs you are risking the chance that your body will react. All you can do is talk to your doctor and get the best advice and try.
Everyone reacts differently so it's hard to say which is best.
