Hey Evening--I was really bad for awhile-(now i am again-'cause it doesn't agree with me anymore)--but back a year or so ago, they gave me wellbuterinxl--it definitely increased my energy-helped with depression etc. You have to take it in the am--it won't let you sleep if you take it at night---

It really worked miracles for me back then. Now I'm just too anxious to take it, it affects my anxiety levels and takes away my appetite, and i have insomnia--
so i have been off it for about a month---still looking for something to help with the sleep/depression----we'll see (((((EVENING))))) theo

Evening,

I am a firm believer in that if you give the body what it needs, it will heal itself. I wouldnt look to drugs to boost your energy. I would look at your stress levels, activity and diet. Your diet is huge, are you getting enough nutrients so your body can repair itself, are you sleeping at least 7 hours a night, etc..You may want to look at your adrenal glands...also, what if you ate 4-5 small meals every three hours? that seems to help me keep my blood sugar stable and stave off lethargy.

If I got to my doctor is there anything available they can give me? I don't want to go there only to find out there isn't anything.
Ask your doctor about Deplin. Especially if you are female. All Deplin is is a form of folic acid but you can't just take folic acid because one pill of deplin is a much higher concentrate. It gave me lots of energy. The only problem is I don't think insurance will cover it and it is very expensive. Just an idea though.

Is Deplin a blue pill? I used to take a folic acid supplement, but I should probably start again. I think it worked when I did take it....i can't really remember.

I always have for the past 5+ years. But that would be something for your doctor to decide. Right now I'm taking Seroquel, adderall xr, Effexor xr, prozac, & klonopin. In the past I've taken adderall with lamictal, geodon, trileptal. You just have to be careful, because if you take tooo much of the stimulant it can throw you into a mania.
