I think I am gonna have to cut back on 2 sleep meds and 2 benzos,,,,I am too tired to talk about it right now....but ugh..I am maybe screwed

PM me about safest way to cut down on meds, if your Dr isn't supervising. What's wrong ?? Addiction problems ?? You aren't screwed, we can help  this is our field ofexpertise  Honestly, nothing can go wrong this waythat can't be fixed (((((Sleeps)))))  Please let us help you, even though it's long distance.

Thanks MP3 I have kind of added a couple meds to the meds my doc gave me and though I do not take them daily I think I am gonna have a problem sleeping without all these meds..as it is I take a lotta meds to sleep and do not always sleep....sigh
 I am an idiot

No don't put yourself down! maybe thinking about what might help you sleep keeps you awake!! Try nice calming music to put your mind at ease to help you sleep.

I started out with all the normal stuff to do for sleep...you know music and the right temp in the room..lavander smells....teas for sleep Benadyl after a while...and on and on and then my docs gave me meds and ..well it works but sometimes...too much times now..I tend to take extra meds....and well I am maybe over my head
Thank you but I was kinda dumb to do some of this near the end I am not sure how long...I did go last night on the right meds only..day 1 and I slept

It sounds like you have made a good start  You might have to do a few nights without sleep along the way PM any time !!!!! It's worth breaking the addictions in the long run, because then the tranqs work for you again

Night 2 Zorah on RXed meds only and I slept WAY good....feel kinda fluish but I have been sick so it may be sick not the med deal..PM is coming tomorrow..Monday that is ..Thank you
