thank lmo ... i do understand what you're saying but at the same time i don't want to take any risks as i just got a pay rise and will get a promotion next promotion round ... i don't want to jeopardise anything taking meds overseas

wow i've just been at the most amazing, intense training course - it's been wonderful and we have learnt a shitload (as well as plenty of swanky cocktails and awesome dinners hehe). but it's soooo hot ... i'm almost looking forward to being able to walk around outside at home without feeling like i'm in a sauna taking meds overseas

the good thing is!!! i haven't had any ill effects whatsoever and it has been since the 16th of March ... so i'm going to see how i go without taking anything cos I still feel awesome taking meds overseas taking meds overseas
