Not for men or pregnant women due to hormone changes.

It effects hormone levels in an unpredictable way, but we know it alters testosterone in a negative way for men (lowers). It is basically a melatonin II receptor agonist, so it likely has effects on many endocrine functions. I am not sure why it would be any better than OTC melatonin.

ok. What do you think of Valerian Root and how much would one have to take in order for it to be effective?

And, how would that interact with ADs?
Thanks,
Okie
