Is it ok to take Flexeril , Tramadol & Ambien CR together each night?

This combination improves my sleep; dreams aren't terrorizing, pain is less and i sleep solid without waking up constantly.

Thanks!!!!!

refresh me on tramadol? non-narcotic painkiller, right? flexaril is for muscle pain or relaxation and i know what Ambien is. i just awoke from a "hard sleeping" nap and i'm goofy now........doesn't sound bad to me.......if i think about it and decide otherwise Flexeril with Ambien CR, i'll be sure and let you know....... Flexeril with Ambien CR i've taken the first two and no problems. xoxoxo pat

I take Ambien and Tramadol together all the time without any problem other than a great night's sleep.
Why would you need the Flexeril as well?
