My doctor has just upped my dosage of lofepramine (a tricyclic similar to imipramine) from 2 (70mg) tablets per day to 3 (70mg) a day. I have been on them a long time now, is the extra dose likely to give any benefit ? Lofepramine (tricyclic) dose increased, will it make a difference?
