Anyone else experience this?
I started sertraline a couple weeks ago and recently I stopped sleeping. I had two all-nighters in a row followed by three hours of sleep. It's working really well and I feel better than I ever have in my life, but I know I need sleep.

Could be making you (hypo)manic. I would tell your pdoc ASAP.

I agree with MuddyBoots: the medication is an SSRI and it can cause hypomania if you are bipolar. the feeling that it is the best ever in your life is consistent with hypomania. Of course tell the doctor ASAP.

That's what my psychiatrist said, that it made me hypomanic. He said I don't have depression, but actually bipolar II. I'm on a teeny bit of Lamotrigine now instead, to go up slowly. If I have any of the symptoms I had in the meantime, I am to take a small dose of Quetiapine.

Sounds like a good plan of care
