I have read the warnings about serzone affecting the liver and doing irreversible damage. I used to take 400 mg @day of it....now I am down to 200mg @day. My p doc isn't sending me for blood labs regarding this issue.
I just wondered if anyone else has any more knowledge of this med and the damage it can do? Sweet "It's never too late to be what you might have been". George Eliot

I am also currently taking Serzone. I've heard about these warning and have seen stuff about it. If I remember correctly, it is dangerous if you are taking a large dose for an extended period of time. In the past I was on depakote and it almost shut down my liver or whatever. For some reason the Serzone hasn't caused me any disturbances. But if I can find any more info, I'll relay it to you.
