I have been on Lamictal, 25mg, for four days now. I feel much more tired that I normally do-- Tired and sluggish, like I want to lay my head on my desk and just sleep for the rest of the day.

Did/does anyone else experience sleepiness on Lamictal?

Hi Pink

Im on 400mg of Lamictal a day. I havent had that problem with it of wanting to fall asleep. But i do try and force myself to get a little hour nap or something in the evening. I'm one who can't sleep much.

I wish you luck on that. Maybe its just a side effect and will wear off.

hmmm I think that side effect from Lamictal does wear off. Have you had issues sleeping before now?

Lamictal is neutral for me with both weight and effects. I'm on 75mg and my son takes 40mg for his epilepsy

No side effects and not sleepy or wired. Maybe it is something else you are taking or coming off of?
