Hi
I've only been on mirtazapine (30mg at night) for about 2 and half weeks, at first it seemed to be the best thing i've done for years, but since last week my blood pressure has shot up; today the weird stuff started up again; jitters, anxiety and racing thoughts as well as bad plans and wall to wall tears. I also take effexor xr but that has been reduced from 225 to 150 in the morning. Anyone got any suggestions???

I'd call your doctor right away and see what can be done. If its going to ruin your health in other ways its not worth the benifits. I hope you find something that works and doesn't mess with your blood pressure.
