The only thing I didn't like about it was the withdraw. I was told by other people thats its worst then coming off of dope and I agree.
The withdraw was very very bad ! I cant put in to words how bad it was . I didn't like a med. having such control of me And I didn't wont to ever go though that again and was having high anxiety worrying about running out or losing my pills again that I changed all my meds. to ones which had very little withdraw side effects .

I'm so glad that the paxil is working so well for you (((((((((( twinmommy ))))))))

Everyone reacts differently to meds. Trippinmickey had withdrawal problems What are your thoughts on Paxil? Sorry to hear that. I was on Paxil for almost a year. I found it to be more sedating than I really wanted it to do for me. Maybe sedating isn't quite the right word....it left me very flat. I had no emotions it seemed....and I didn't talk much.....didn't feel happy or sad, just flat. After awhile I realized I didn't want to feel like that anymore and the doc weaned me off the Paxil and put me on Celexa which worked wonderfully for me. I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms from the Paxil at all.

Hope it continues to work well for you!

What are your thoughts on Paxil?
