I'm not trying to push you, Crystal. I'm trying to be supportive. I sure don't want you to end up in the hospital again. Maybe you need support from another therapist to get through this?

thanks i'm gonna hav to go to hospital though. Its got too much and my mind is playing tricks on me.
 my pdoc works there today.
