I understand now. That is a shame that the system has to sacrifice the health of the students because of what the school can pay for. Under those circumstances, it would be helpful to have some kinf of loophole for the school where they can identify a problem, and refer out to another agency. Just a thought.
Its sad you were in that much pain as a child with no adult to intervene. Im sorry.
