Oh (((((((((((((Moon))))))))))))))))))

I'm sorry you felt like you had to delete. I've been there.

I hope you feel better. And maybe you will come back and try sharing again? For me, I'm starting to realize that it feels better sometimes just to get things OUT.

But if that feels too scary, it's okay. Here are some . Be gentle with you, okay?

Thanks tree and minime. I've been crying all day. Doesn't look like it's going to stop.

Just one of those things w/15 views, no responses, and I feel stupid after putting myself out there. I know people have reasons, but I'm not in a place now where I can handle it.

Oh, moonrise, I've looked, but I just don't know what to say. Let us know how we can help.

Thanks, farmergirl. I'm using bad coping skills, but coping. Called T and got an appointment for thursday. she didn't seem horrid or anything on the phone - I didn't have to ask for the appt, but she offered. so perhaps she maybe has a bit more kindness in her than i've seen. just can't seem to stop the flippin' crying and drinking. bad day.

Moon....I'm so sorry your having a hard time right now. I've been using my bad coping skills the same as you but its not really helping. I'm glad your getting in to see your T on thursday but in the meantime can you maybe call T and speak to her for even a few minutes and maybe that will help ground you alittle? Its just a suggestion, I'm not in the best place right now but its all I can think of. Please take care of yourself.

I did call T, actually. I've never done that before. But she was able to talk for just a few minutes- which is how I got my appointment for thurs. And it did help talking to her. She's pretty new to me (5 months), so I wasn't sure what to expect on the phone. But like you said, it did help ground me.

I hope you're doing okay!
