((((((((((( all !! ))))))))))))) thank you tons you guys!
We are still in shock a bit ourselves. T is giving us the option of seeing him this afternoon - and I think we will do it just to talk about what happened yesterday and solidify the healing a bit. But it feels like someone took a giant hidden splinter out of my soul. :-)

It is odd because I am not getting a bit edgy and a tad depressed. I knew this may happen. But glad I get to see T in a couple hours. T said I could cancel session today if I felt good... and I did this AM. But glad I did not cancel because I think the shock is hitting me. Why in the heck does healing have to be so strange like this?
I have to get myself better so I am not doing the up and down thing. And yesterday was a huge part of all that - I know it. So I suppose this stuff is just a little backlash that will pass. Hate to depend on T so much!! But very glad to have the support.

I'm not surpised to hear you are having some emotional "backlash" after such an intense, healing session, wepow. I'm sorry you aren't feeling good still, but know that this is probably a natural part of healing, and hopefully you can see some progress in yourself, see some way in which the backlash, the emotions, aren't as huge or as debilitating as in the past?
I'm glad you get to see T today.
Thanks for this!
