I finally broke down today. life now is spinning out of control. today was outside doing some gardening, neighbor son came out yelling calling me calls. i wasn't paying no attention, that when he shots me with paintballs. after that I've been really sad. every family member & friends i called today wouldn't answer there phone. called T then i was like OH CRAP she gone for 3 wks vacation, I'm screwed it seems like everyone HATE'S me now. i hate this, i brought this on myself i keep thinking. everything falling all to pieces

((((((((Mountainview))))))) I'm really sorry you had such a bad day. I don't know why someone would think it was appropriate to just start shooting someone else with paintballs. I'm really sorry. I hope you keep trying to contact people IRL for support. Does your T have someone covering her practice that you could talk to? Or do you have a pdoc you could contact since your T is out of town? I hope you feel better soon.

paintballs, those hurt, left many bruises on me. XH thought it would be fun.... if you wern't in a paintball business, I would call the police, they are illegal here if not in a place of business!!! Sorry about your rough day and t being on vacation for three weeks!

my psychiatrist we talked for about an hour talking about what happen at her office. i told her i froze up, heart beating like crazy. she was like you have Social Anxiety Disorder. So i'm losing my mind i asked her. she was like don't worry will start you on some new meds like Zoloft first 2 months if that don't work maybe effexor and my lastly xanax which i don't like to gave. hopefully the Zoloft will work. I have to call your T leave her message and tell her what happen. i was getting up to leave. she was like ______ you are lucky you have ______ as your T, she really care about you and u need to open up more with her about this now. So T called we talk for 20min she was like u should have leaved me a massage. it doesn't matter if I'm on vacation i still ck my messages. i feel better for now
