Not sure what can be done about it other than perhaps a post to the moderators to get some clear definition....

I agree with you and maybe that is why I never thought to go to the other forum. There is a place for "Romantic Feelings Toward My Therapist", but somehow that did not fit what I was feeling either. I don't think this fits under the transference subject either. At least not for me.

This is complicated, but maybe something that does need to be looked into by the moderators. I am curious to know if anyone complained or were moderators following this and when it got to be "too much" it was moved?

Not upset at all. Just trying to figure out how things work on here.

***Just visited the sexual/gender issues forum. Just reading through the first few threads, I can tell you that is definitely not what our thread was about. After seeing that, I wish they would move ours back where it was!
Thanks for this!

I know, I felt a bit awkward and a bit out of place when I went there, too...this isn't quite the same sort of issue. I think it's largely a therapy-related issue.....and not just erotic transference either, which is why I didn't feel like posting in the romantic feelings subforum, either.
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
