MUE -Thanks so much and yes I was very appreciative of the 2.5hr appointment as I won't see her next week at all because she is away. She even is coming in on a day that she doesn't normally work just to see me because my appointment was cancelled because she had to get a later return flight and it was going to effect my appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better T! And yes it will be easier to mention SI and SUI in the future.

My first T appt was almost 3 hours. I don't remember much about it, I guess it was that long only because I wasn't really talking, lol. I'm glad you had all this time and could really talk about all these things.

It sounds like you had a really productive session! I just wanted to tell you that I understand the cutting thing, and liking it and and needing it and all of that. You are definitely not alone there.....but, I also wanted to share that it is something that can be managed, and it sounds like your T handled it really well. Keep talking, keep being honest about the reasons for it and what it offers you. Honesty is what will get you through.

Thanks so muchfor sharing Inbloom! I was actually really afraid that I was the only one that likes SI. Also thanks for the reminder about honestly. I tend to intentionally omit information to my T at times. Guess I need to work on that.
