I was delighted yesterday in session when my T said she'd been thinking about me when she had read a poem. Then she read it out-loud to me and gave me a copy. Man, that felt good!!
Thanks for this!

The question is why does Melbadaze think that I am emotionally dishonest, lacking inner stregth, wearing a mask, and turning this into a hurmorous thread to get people to tell me that what happened was wrong when that is what i am NOT doing. I am not a fan of name calling or labeling but when you do -have the guts to back it up and explain when questioned, don't run away!

(that being the modeling clay she got for me when I was having anger/SI issues.....)
PG -I think that is great and was an AWESOME gift that your T got you!! Do you use it quite a bit? I think i might get some for myself for my own SI urges...
Thanks for this!

I bet that did feel good! That is great. Isn't it awesome when we feel cared about and thought about by our T's??
Thanks for this!

Okay, thanks for clarifying that for me. I don't like to be 'slammed' either. Sorry this thread turned into that.
Thanks for this!

It does help a lot! Mainly, I've either squeezed it or pounded it with my fists but once I jumped up and down on it until I had it flat as a pancake (it was a good-size block of clay)! I use it too when I have huge feelings of anger or rushes of energy, like I have now, and just need to get it all out safely.
Thanks for this!

Your welcome Squiggle. I think the thread is somewhat still on track with a few recent replies...

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
