Deleting my posts - can someone tell me how?

Hi everyone,
I've tried to figure this out on my own, but can't find a way to do it. I want to remove my posts since they are the only ones skipped over. I had a really bad night and just am too sensitive for the rejection. Sorry for being so sensitive about it.
(I will delete this post too, of course.)

This is only your first thread and your 5th post. And right now people are just getting moving; it's still early in the day. Keep posting. You aren't being rejected.

Thanks you two for being so kind about it. I think I might just not fit in here - psychotherapy actually put me in a really bad place and I guess I just lack the coping skills to recover from it the way others do/have. I'm too much of a headcase to fit in anywhere right now.

This is the only thread you started. I see that you posted in other threads. When someone posts in a thread, usually it is only the original poster who responds to that post, and some OP respond in a general way, not to individuals. This is in NO WAY an indication of whether people like you or not. It doesn't mean anyone is rejecting you. They don't even know you yet.

I read and responded to your post in the BPD forum and I hope you change your mind. Your posts are intelligent and I would like to get to know you better. If you start more threads, I'm sure you'll get responses.

I'm sorry that psychotherapy "put you in a bad place". Others have been in that position and this forum is an excellent place to discuss your situation and feelings about therapy. I hope it's okay to send you these hugs.

Thanks again for the responses here. I did write to admin, but they didn't delete my posts, it appears. Oh well, at least I'm no longer in the midst of a nervous breakdown. I do need to regain a thicker skin though.
Ever since I left psychotherapy (by leaving town) almost a year ago, I have closed myself off from virtually any possibility of further rejection - real or perceived. Since that hasn't exactly made me feel any better, however, I will take rainbow8's advice and continue posting here. Might be nice to eventually feel a part of something, you know?
