Vacations are the hardest. I try to break down the time into managable chunks and just and get there from here.

i have a lot of breaks do to holidays and the seem to be getting harder to take each time.but i usually try to keep myself busy.i write her letters i dont send ,make cards,write in my journal.go out and about to stop me from thinking about therapy.i also have my husband here who helps with distracting also like this weekend he is taking me away to a haunted house thing overnight.he knows i had a rough T session last week and will be obsessing so off we go.doesnt always work and it is hard.

![]() Thank you all of you. I had a few hours sleep last night and feel a bit fragile today but all your kind comments really helped. I'm off for a night at a lovely hotel with my hubbie later and am away next week with the kids so I'm keeping busy and writing here does help - even though last night I wondered if anyone would reply - depression paranoia! Night times when you can't sleep can be so lonely but I'm so pleased I'm part of PC, it warmed my heart to see I wasn't alone. Thank you again Nelliecat ![]() |

Its so hard when a T is gone for a while. I totally understand. I'm glad you posted here for support... I hope it helps. Keep on writing if it helps. I hope your evening at the hotel with your hubby was great and went well.
