I normally don't take much notice of the compliments. I know they are just part of the game plan, and are said to all her clients. Although its kinda cool because the game plan is used in order to help me - so basically they are a manipulation (in a positive way) to achieve that end. So she is trying to help me and that is good.
Thanks for this!

my T doesn't seem to throw a lot of complements around.in fact i cant remember any.i know she has commented on things like my hair or something but it was never really a compliment.it was more like a statement like ,you got your hair cut and stuff like that.i don't know if i would believe a compliment.maybe i would because she doesn't seem to just throw them out there

I normally don't accept compliments. I always feel like, "if you really knew me you wouldn't say that."

My T doesn't compliment me much, but he will and he's sincere about it.

Quite right!

My T says I flatter her as an avoidance strategy.
If true, it took her years to spot it! I think she enjoyed it too much.
