So I'm having an extremely difficult time right now-in so many ways in my life...this past week I have been taking heavy doses of sleep pills and klonopin-ended up writing T emails that are bizarre and some don't make sense..then I got myself together am wrote him a regular email to ask for a Sesh-well then looking at my finances I realized I would have to skip 2 weeks of sessions...well T wrote back to come in on Tuesday-pay what I can-and if I can't do any it really would be ok...I'm like woah I heart my T!! So now I don't know how much I should do...

I would try to redo my budget, see if there wasn't some "luxury" I could cut out; sodas, cigs, other "grocery" items, lower what I pay this month on some bill, sell something, so I could make it a good amount, concentrate on making the money for therapy instead of on the worries of my problems.

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling
![]() That so so kind of your therapist ![]() Mine did that for me once. She offered and I was floored. We talked about how it could work, and agreed that I would pay an extra $10 per session until it was paid off. It worked out great! It was hard to accept - as if I "forced" my therapist to do this for me; but she did it because she wanted to and because she could. ![]() |
