Chopin... Honey I am so sorry , get some rest, tomorrow will feel better.

That goes for you too larakeziah... I'll tell you like I tell my grand daughter, if you can't sleep at least let your body rest, by laying still.

MKAC and PreacherHeckler - I love Jerry Springer... Dance Moms is oddly similar... It's my dirty secret...shhh
Thanks for this!

For those of you who cannot sleep, does guided meditation help you? It can help me at time. If download podcasts or there are a couple of apps that can, if I am not too far gone, at least help me rest some even if not complete sleep.

What a rubbish start to the day!!!! hope everyone has a better day than i'm having!!! Just got back from an assessment appointment to see if I get a T and I don't think it went so well. The voices kept telling me that the assessor though I was wasting his time. He seemed to question everything I said. I just don't know what the outcome will be!!!

Awe that's sucks larakeziah that u dont think ur ssessment went well. Hopefully the assessor thought differently. If possible try not thing about it as it's over and you can't change the results now.

I have T in 2hrs and didn't get the greatest sleep either was already up at 5am.

I got off work early today and have T tomorrow. I think I'm gonna have to face the truth on some things. Can I have a pocket rider or 2?

Finally what a long day.... I hope this is a big couch, or a room full of couches.... Cause I'm fixin to stretch out. Emailed T with stuff that could have waited, testing the boundaries...at least I'm consistent..lol

Even though my appointment didn't go as planned I'm now on the waiting list for a T. I'll get a letter in the post when there is a T available! That's made my day a little better! Still feeling numb tho and still not tired!!

My 20-yr crush doesn't. Now I am kind of sorry that I complained to our pseudo-matchmaker that "he talks to everyone but the one who loves him." He doesn't seem to notice as my eyes roll back in my head and I slip out of my chair and lose consciousness. I am so not over him.

Ok I give up can some one explain how to quote 2 people... Apparently I am an idiot...

Hankster - May I ask, and forgive me if you have said it before, are you from Canada?

TTGB - I agree, if this is a BYOS ( bring your own seating ) party, I'm grabbin my big overstuffed green recliner and I'm bringing my dog to sit with me. Pets are ok correct?

If pets are allowed then I'm bringing both my dogs to come sit on my recliner with me!
