Just for your information and even that he has told you he isn't going anywhere.

Ask him: Is there anything that I could do or say....in which you WOULD leave me? Then discuss that. I think when we hear absolutes it helps to clarify those fears.
Thanks for this!

The thought of asking that is terrifying.

it was this:

I had pdoc today, and it went okay, T had spoken to pdoc last night and made it a lot easier for me to talk to pdoc today and do my med change. I'm still unsure and scared that T is mad at me but I asked him if he forgives me for last night and he replied "y"... Last night the only thing that kept me calm was the warmth of my service dog laying against my chest, something he's been trained to do since he was a puppy. I feel contained today...
Thanks for this!

If anyone is angry with her T, she should definitely tell him so. But not by email.

I have sent angry emails to the therapist. Did not seem to be a problem.

I had the urge to draw pictures of all the ways I'm scared T will abandon me. Now I have a bunch of childlike pictures of ridulous scenarios he will some how leave me. What do I do with them now?

Show him. And perhaps he can reassure you.
Thanks for this!

I'm not sure I agree with this.

Ts are used to being yelled at by patients.
I did push my T too far, but that was after a solid month of daily hate mail. She told me to stop and it I did. We're still together.

With a good T, ruptures can always be repaired.

I agree when I AM mad and send hate mail, T knows its never really me, it's my frustration talking, and we ALWAYS work through it. If he even brings it up, because it's really is no big deal for him.
