Since this thread has reached 100 pages, it has to be started again in order to keep it going. LolaCabanna asked me to do this for her.

This can be a place to just drop by... ask a question, chat, find a friend, etc... Although most people here are in therapy or have had therapy, there are lots of people who haven't. Everyone is welcome!

This is a space for healing and support. Grab a snack stay awhile!
Thanks for this!

Thanks Squiggle! Anyhow-I'm starting a diet too Granite-let's me diet buddies. I gained 15 lbs over the last 3 weeks due to emotional eating.

Husband should hear something about his Job either today or tomorrow but the union thinks its going to go to another hearing before a decision is made.

Brought my refrigerator oatmeal and coffee to the couch this morning. Needed something healthy after what I ate this weekend. Wish I could stay on the couch longer, but it's off for day 8 of 12 at work....

and thank goodness for porta-potties along the trail too! horrors. I got a bad case of diarrhea a mile and a half along and had to somehow keep going a half mile to get there, but I made it fortunately. bleh. was going to try for 7 or 8 miles today but settled for less than 6. now I feel like staying on this couch all day, but a momma of 4 just can't do that .....

LC - glad you seem to be doing better today.

TTGB - hopefully your husband get an answer either way soon.

Wish I could stay on the couch all day but I'm at work and should probably actually start doing something before someone catches on lol.

Marriage counseling this afternoon. Regular therapy tomorrow. Knots in my stomach this morning.

AND I just found out that the person who docketed the appeal that I was appointed on did not file a request for transcript, so my brief due date is next Monday and there is no transcript. So. I get to admit to the court that I did not even look at the appeal that I was assigned to until the week before the brief was due while asking for a stay of the briefing schedule.

Lola-if God brings you to it-he will see you thru it.
Granite-way to go on the weight loss.
MKAC- Does that automatically mean you will lose the case? I hope not. Good luck with your counseling.

My T told me today that she will find a way to get me in there soon. Regardless of insurance.

Hmm...rather like the new couch!

Working from home today. Been a productive morning. I'm now administrator of my company's website. My boss wants me to learn how to be a webmaster so I can learn how to develop sites. I'm excited; this is a skill I really want. I'd love to consult on and build websites!

Going to the chiropractor in a few. Neck is acting up. So much that I've been dizzy yesterday and today. Whee!

Nice new couch! It won't take long to break it in.

I had a really mood swingy weekend. One minute I'd be okay and the next, I'd be sobbing. My mom's been gone 3 weeks today. I don't know how to get through Mother's Day.

I had a really good T session this morning. We've started in on the hard stuff from when I was a kid. It's so hard - I want to remember my mother the way she was when I was an adult, not the way she was when I was a child. She changed so very much.

Haven't been to the couch before, thought I'd give it a try. Spent Saturday night in the ER with mystery pain and contractions every three minutes. My sleep has been for ****, which makes me wonder how I'm going to cope when this baby does show up.
