i'm up for a 4 am yogurt snack, I jUst had yogurt and a little fruit for dinker yesterday. I had a starbucks shaken (not canned) lime "refresher" around 4pm on my way home from grocery shopping with that green coffee extract sh it. it was soooo yummy. all the magazines are writing about green coffee extract, supposed to help you lose weight but not be caffeiny - idk its 4 am and I am wide frickin awake, that never happens. but I also never eat that little, and if I don't eat, I don't sleep, but I don't feel buzzy, so hard to say yet if this is good or bad.

Morning all. hankster, I hope you got (are getting) some more sleep.

I slept very fitfully - I normally eat a bowl of yoghurt for dinner but last night I had gazpacho instead. I love gazpacho but when I'm stressed and upset my stomach gets rather sensitive to things like garlic, lemon and onions.

Today, I want to die. But I won't.

Good morning. Too early in the morning. I collapsed on the couch last night. Since I don't have to be at work until 11 or so, I'm going to have some hot tea and try to go to bed and get some more sleep.

T's office is just around the corner from where Bergman used to live as a child (and the cinema where he learnt to love the movies). I'm sure that means..... something. Or not
Thanks for this!

Morning all.

Love the cat pics MKAC/Chopin...funny.
Lola...I am so sorry about your sweet dog. My heart goes out to you.
Apt...sorry
Hank...I hope you got some sleep.

So this doc told me that I needed to eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up. Who does that? My stomach is saying "no way Jose". I can barely keep a coffee down.

Good morning everyone.

Wiki-my nutritionist used to tell me that. That you eat within a 1/2 hour of getting up to get your metabolism going or else it lays dormat all day.

Well friends. Off to work. One day closer to Friday.

We use this at work as all the time...just never in front of the public or the kids.

Welcome autotelica. Must have been the day for talkative t's. Mine was very talkative today too. Which I found ironic after she told me to "drive" the sessions last week.

LC - I am so sorry about your dog. Loosing a pet is very difficult.

My session yesterday was very confusing. I feel incredibly mixed today. A bit scared actually. I know it was supposed to be a "hey look how far you've progressed" kind of session, but I'm not feelin' it. I think I feel worse. Maybe I will start a thread about it later today...

Hope you all have a good day.

ugh my alarm clock (early T today) woke me from a nightmare where I was living upstairs from my mom, it was my birthday, and she wanted to invite a bunch of people out to restaurant that night and I told her no, my friends and I make plans ahead of time, and she said, HA WHAT friends? and I kept telling her to go back to her own apartment and leave me alone.

Apteryx, what it "means" is you can expect to run into my T on a pilgrimage! He will recognize you by the cat snuggled into your hoodie; you will recognize him carrying me in the same position

if my dream didn't do it, nothing will. I laid in a fresh supply of yogurts yesterday, enough for everybody. I was actually able to bend at the waist yesterday, so maybe my eating plan is helping my fatty liver. I read a fatty liver KEEPS you fat. okay, up an atom ant!

aww...I loved atom ant. You are eating really healthy hanksta...that liver will be defatted very soon. You can also combat liver fat by avoiding dairy products and taking milk thistle. (supplement or tea)

But you probably already knew that. Sorry I can't help myself sometimes, I just know this stuff and I want to share it.

My hairdresser is on Maternity leave and nobody does me like her. She texted and asked me to come to her home for a kitchen cut. I am so honored, because I know there is no way she can have all of her clients do that. (very thankful that hairdressers CAN have dual relationships with us...lol). Plus, I get to hold a newborn!!

Later...
