I finally have some health insurance and have been reasearching the area to find a T and a new PDOC. I have narrowed it down to two.

http://www.awakenedhearthealth.com/?s=home

http://www.upperbay.org/adult1dw.htm

both are comprehensive except I don't think the first one has any pdoc but I find it interesting as in they treat you wholly and offer yoga and health coaching along with therapy.....

the second one has alllllll kinds of mental health stuff, day programs, Ts, pdocs, etc....

i could check them both out....right?

im nervous, anxious and excited all at the same time......

tired of this cycle I am in....espcially this flat feeling...

I don't see why you could not check them both out. Good luck.

Check them both out and see who you click with. That's great that you have insurance now!

The Awakened Heart people look to be "young" and I don't think he does bipolar?

Did you see Key Point? http://www.keypoint.org/

Upper Chesapeake Health has several okay-looking psychiatrists: https://medstaff.uchs.org/echonet/di.../DrListing.asp You could pick one of them and then check out the Awakened Heart people separately?

I'm further South on 40, almost to Baltimore County, so I use White Marsh or Bel Air services.

wow, so cool. I wish they had places like that near me. I would have to travel an hour fourtyfive into the city to find something that cool.
