Thank you. I'm really tired.. sleeping rather badly, which doesn't make anything better. I know this is the depression messing with my brain. (I haven't asked T if he'd diagnose me with depression, though. I wonder if I should. My GP said I was a textbook case, but he's no specialist.) I'm just under this wet woollen blanket of selfloathing.

I think I'll go watch some Monty Python on DVD before bedtime. I know that if I laugh, my brain doesn't hate me quite as much.

I have never had one. And I am only about 8 hrs from Canada. You never used to need a passport for Canada. I went to Mexico several times as a kid too, but you didn't need passports back then. (We used to visit family in AZ and drive in. )
